1. Language-Linguistics(Abstract Noun) civil and human rights allowing individuals and groups to freely choose the language(s) for communication in private and public domains for all areas of communication. These include the person(s)’ right to learn their own language in both formal and informal contexts and use the freely chosen language(s) as medium of academic instruction, for communication in administrative, legal, business matters and media. কোনো ব্যক্তি বা গোটক ঘৰুৱা বা ৰাজহুৱা ক্ষেত্ৰত তেওঁলোকৰ নিজ ভাষা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা, শিকা, সেই ভাষাত শিক্ষালোৱা, চৰকাৰী (প্ৰশাসনিক,আইন আদি), ব্যৱসায়িক কাম কাজৰ লগতে গণমাধ্যমত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰিবলৈ প্ৰদান কৰা এক সামাজিক/দেৱানী আৰু মানৱ অধিকাৰ৷ সমাজ ভাষাবিজ্ঞান, ৰাজনীতি বিজ্ঞান, আইন আৰু মানৱ অধিকাৰৰ সমূহীয়া দিশৰ পৰা এই বিষয়টো অধ্যয়ন কৰা হয়৷
